In the case of unopened goods, within 4 weeks of purchase, the Stirrer will refund the price of the product to you against the original invoice or receipt.

We offer a refund on unopened goods after 4 weeks, for a period of 90 days.

The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the buyer.

Our products are sold in accordance with the warranty rules in force in Hungary!

The warranty for the products we sell is therefore provided by the Hungarian importers of the manufacturers. So you can enjoy the security of a service background and product support. Only this kind of guarantee ensures that your device will be professionally repaired in the shortest possible time, or we can replace it if the service technician decides to do so!

Under the relevant legislation, a minimum 12-month warranty is mandatory for all new products we sell. A longer warranty period will be indicated separately for the products concerned! The warranty period starts on the date of the invoice and the warranty ticket.

In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the manufacturer is obliged to replace the defective product in the event of a product failure detected within 72 hours.

Warranty claims can be made by presenting the following documents:

  • Full factory packaging of the product with all factory accessories

  • Copy of receipt or invoice

  • The warranty certificate issued by our company

We cannot accept any warranty claim in case of partial or total absence of these items!
Devices brought to our company with a warranty problem will be forwarded to the relevant supplier providing our company with a warranty backing, who will arrange for them to be repaired as soon as possible in compliance with the relevant legislation. The lead time for warranty repairs and inspections is typically 1-2 weeks, but our service providers reserve the right to extend this period in justified cases.

The 72-hour replacement only applies to products that have failed during normal use . To avoid replacing products that have failed due to misuse (e.g. broken due to a fall, wet, stepped on, etc.), manufacturers and distributors will only accept 72-hour replacement on the basis of an official service expert opinion. Accordingly, the further steps to be taken in case of product failure within 72 hours:

The detected malfunction must be reported to the telephone number of the distributor (seller), manufacturer/importer or to the central service department (for more information, please refer to the warranty letter enclosed with the product). If the service department's investigation shows that the report is justified, the manufacturer will undertake to replace the product immediately.

If it is clear that the failure occurred within 72 hours as a result of normal use, we will of course provide an immediate replacement.

If it is not clear that the product has been used for its intended purpose, our Webshop will only replace the defective product within 72 hours if it has received the expert opinion of an official service centre.

In the event of a product failure, the information on the warranty card enclosed in the packaging or handed over to you with the invoice must be followed.

Parcels sent by post will not be accepted by our Webshop and will be returned to the sender in all cases!

The cost of returning the goods under guarantee is always borne by the customer. Of course, if after the return it turns out that there is a material defect or a problem that falls under the warranty conditions, the webshop will reimburse the shipping costs. If the examination of the product, which is considered to be defective, reveals that the product is not defective, the Seller has the right to charge a service fee and a delivery fee upon return.

We are not able to reimburse the cost of delivery in the case of problems repaired by a third party or resulting from improper handling, adjustment or problems not covered by the warranty.

If the warranty or guarantee period is not indicated on a product, please call customer service to inquire about the warranty or guarantee period.
