FrontEr Drilsafe
A ready-to-use cleaner and disinfectant for rotating equipment. DrilSafe is suitable for rotating precision instruments and other invasive medical devices for simultaneous cleaning and disinfection.
Application:
DrilSafe is recommended for the disinfection of drills, milling cutters, grinding and polishing tools made of steel, high-hardness metals, high-hardness materials, diamond, such as silicone polishing discs, ceramic inserts and root canal instruments. It contains anti-corrosive additives to protect metal tools. It has excellent cleaning properties, even with organic residues. The instruments can be disinfected by immersion baths in containers or ultrasonic baths.
Antimicrobial spectrum:
Bacteria (including MRSA) according to EN 13727 and EN 14561: 15 minutes. Adenoviruses: EN 14476: 15 minutes. Polioviruses: EN 14476: 15 minutes. Enveloped viruses (HBV, HIV, HCV, Vaccinia, BVDV): EN 14476: 15 min ("High organic content"), fungi (C. albicans) according to EN 13624 and EN 14562: 15 min. mycobacteria (M. avium, M. Terrae) according to EN 14348 and EN 14563: 15 min. .
How to use:
Place the devices in the undiluted solution immediately after use! All parts and openings of the instruments must be completely immersed in the solution. After the appropriate time, remove the instruments, rinse with water and dry! If the instruments are visibly soiled, clean them with a brush and then immerse them in the solution again! As soon as the instruments are clean, disinfected and dry, they can be sterilised. Do not mix with other cleaning agents or disinfectants! The product is intended for professional users only.
Ingredients:
100 g terms contain 0.14 g poly(oxy-1,2-etanodilo),.alpha.-[2-(didecylmethyloamino)ethylo]-.omega.-hydroxy.propanoate(salt), 0.15 g N-(3-aminopropylo)-N-dodecylopropane-1,3-diamine.
Cautions:
Harmful to aquatic organisms, may cause long-term adverse effects. Avoid release into the environment. Contains <5% cationic surfactants, fragrances according to 648/2004/EC. The surfactants fulfil the biodegradability requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 648/2004.
