Description
If you can't determine whether a tooth is still alive with a cold-warm examination or an X-ray, this instrument can be a great help. You may rarely need it, but then you will need it very often!
Product features of the dental pulp tester:
Works with a 9-volt battery, which is included in the packaging
It is CE compliant and has European certification.
Accessories: tester, battery, 1 cable, 4 metal hooks, 2 electrically conductive fibres, instructions(we will send you the instructions in English by email!)
The device can be used to distinguish between 3 types of pulp:
- 0-40 live, intact pulp
- From 40 to 80 partially dead
- Until 80, the patient feels nothing, then the pulp is completely dead
If you are interested in the pulp tester, we will send you the instructions for use in Hungarian in advance!
When do you need this diagnostic tool?
- When the patient is older,
- when the pulp in a crowded tooth has receded,
- if the patient's reaction to cold is uncertain
- if the X-ray does not provide any clues either
- Although it is one of the cheapest and fastest diagnostic tools in the hands of the dentist, it is often worth more than our multi-million dollar equipment!
